1. Who we are

WonderPhoto operates the website wonderphoto.eu. We sell custom canvas art created from photos you upload. Contact: hello@wonderphoto.eu

2. What data we collect

• Uploaded photo — the image you upload to generate a canvas preview.
• AI-generated image — the canvas art produced from your photo.
• Order details — canvas size, AI style, and order amount (stored alongside your files).
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We do not create user accounts, track browsing behaviour, or use analytics cookies.

3. How we use your data

Your uploaded photo and generated image are used solely to produce and deliver your canvas order. Order metadata is kept for fulfilment and legal record-keeping.

4. Data retention

• If you do not complete payment: your photo and generated image are automatically deleted after 7 days.
• If you complete an order: both files are kept permanently to support reprints, disputes, and legal obligations.

5. Data processors

We share your data with the following third parties only as necessary to fulfil your order:

• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Replicate (replicate.com) — AI image generation. Your photo is sent to Replicate's API to produce the canvas art. See Replicate's Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@wonderphoto.eu with your order ID. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep admin users logged into the management dashboard. No tracking or advertising cookies are used on the public-facing site.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Uploaded photos are stored on a private server directory not accessible to the public. Access to order files requires admin authentication.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at wonderphoto.eu/privacy.html.
