1. About us

WonderPhoto (wonderphoto.eu) produces and sells custom canvas art prints. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@wonderphoto.eu

2. What we sell

We sell custom-made canvas art prints produced by transforming a photo you upload using AI image processing. Each product is made to order and personalised to your specific photo.

3. Ordering process

  1. Upload your photo and select a canvas size and style.
  2. Review the AI-generated preview of your canvas.
  3. Complete payment via Stripe Checkout.
  4. We print and ship your canvas within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within approximately one week from the order date. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping is to the address provided at checkout.

We currently ship within the European Union. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering.

5. Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices are in Euros (€). The final amount charged is shown on the Stripe Checkout page before payment is confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal — custom goods exception

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c)).

Because every WonderPhoto canvas is uniquely produced from the photo you upload, it qualifies as a personalised good and is therefore exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. By confirming your order, you acknowledge this exemption.

7. Refunds and returns

While the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, we are committed to your satisfaction. We will offer a full refund or reprint if:

To request a refund or reprint, email hello@wonderphoto.eu with your order ID and, if applicable, photos of the issue, within 14 days of receiving your order.

8. Photo quality

The quality of the printed canvas depends on the resolution and quality of the photo you upload. We recommend high-resolution images (at least 1 MP). We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution or blurry source photos.

9. Intellectual property

You confirm that you own the rights to any photo you upload or have permission to use it for this purpose. You grant WonderPhoto a limited licence to process the photo solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which WonderPhoto is registered.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Orders placed before any change remain subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase.
